Out of Memory Error

Context: I am running a modpack, and I have tried using 5gs-6gs-7gs-8gs, all of which have resulted in the same Out of memory Error. I would like some help looking through the crash log to see what I have missed. 
It is an older version of forge 40.2.5 in 1.18.2, but I hope its not a forge issue here.
