Game crashes randomly

Hi ! my game keeps crashing randomly after a few time passed playing, no particular reasons seems apparent. i have a lot of « performance » and « quality of life mods. Here’s the log : https://www.toptal.com/developers/paste-gd/ET72WaNo Is it distant horizons ? I play with a shader.

  Crash Report Friend and I are in the end and we timed out. We were playing just fine before hand, for about 1 1/2 hours. Then when I went AFK it crashed. Now, the server only stays up for about a minute before crashing, and in that minute we cannot join. Log says it was an entity ticking issue, we had a similar problem before and deleted the mod that was causing the issue, and have had no problems until now. Don't know what most of the crash log means, so I need help figuring out how to find the problem and what to do so our server starts again.

  It seems to be an AMD/ATI driver issue. Did you happen to grab the latest drivers directly from their official website? Avoid using the system updater for this. Personally, I rely on GeForce Experience to keep my drivers current, and I’ve never encountered problems with their updates. By the way, could you suggest which site you’d recommend?
