Help, I'm getting an out of bounds error when I try to join my minecraft server

Recommended Posts

I've been having an error whenever I try to join the forge server that I've set up, despite the fact that the server itself is able to run. Error is:

Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: index: 18, length: 105 (expected: range(0, 66))

I have no idea what this means, nor do any of the support staff of the server client I use (Shockbyte). The debug log is posted below

https://github.com/OGTurtl3/help/blob/bbd6788dd393f812299397d2f44faab5e29f0c32/debug.log

If anyone is able to tell me what is wrong or how to fix it, I would be greatly appreciative!

Edit: I should also mention that all mods on both client and server side are the same, as the serverside mods are copied directly from my computer
Edit 2: oooh crud this may be the wrong forum. My issue still stands tho
Edit 3: added mosdlist
