Minecraft won't launch -- 1.6.4

I've been trying to install minecraft forge 1.6.4

It installs successfully and I start up the launcher (1.3.7)

Under the forge profile, it starts up and then crashes.

I've tried multiple versions of 1.6.4 forge and the same occurs.

Any help would be appreciated.
