problem with Single Player Commands with Forge?

I installed Forge and the Shaders mod and TMI, and they all worked fine. But when I put the jar file for Single Player Commands (Forge installation version, of course) in to the mods folder and open Minecraft, the launcher works fine but then when I click play Minecraft doesn't open. Nothing happens. Someone please help.
