I have been trying for the past few days to get any forge based mod pack to work on my PC and to try and troubleshoot I resorted to cleanly installing minecraft and attempted to use the forge installer, after a number of different trials of suggestions from google searching my errrors when using the forge installer it now crashes my PC and restarts it. Luckily it looks like it has given me an error log but I cant make heads or tails of what is happening. Things I have tried so far is reinstalling/updating drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling java and minecraft itself, adding exceptions to antivirus and a few other things that I have lost track of. I have tried different versions of forge and still the same issue as well.

I have Java 17 Installed.

Here is the log forge installer was giving me and yes it does just cut off:

Have you ever downloaded it before? It looks like there are a lot of duplicate files.

I have tried yes but I removed all files from the .Minecraft folder and did a clean install before this log.
