I want to run Forge instances from my launcher instead of using Forge's Minecraft Launcher. How?

I want to make the Forge app use the launcher I already have to launch forge instances, and use my worlds from my launcher instead of a new worlds folder for every instance. Is this possible, maybe with symlinks in a specific way or something? Please help me out folks.
