Hello...

Me again... So, I installed the Java JDK, and then re-installed all the forge stuff, so now all the java files are there, and the SRC folder appears to have everything, but when I try to run the client, the console spits out this error:

Dec 27, 2013 10:19:01 PM net.minecraft.launchwrapper.LogWrapper log

I have no idea what it means... I'm just starting out with modding, sorry!

Please help!

right click the project folder Minecraft in your workspace and click refresh. Report results when you hit run after it is done refreshing.

Console gave me this:

Error occurred during initialization of VM

Could not reserve enough space for object heap

I am running low on Physical Memory on my comp if that's what that means...

How much physical RAM do you have?

Is your system 32 or 64 bit?

Did you make sure to install the right java? 64bit systems need to have 64bit java.

64 bit, and I believe I got the 64 bit version. I have 4GB of RAM, but I actually had 2GB allocated for a different program at the time, and other programs running along with it. So, I closed out the one allocating the RAM, re-refreshed the minecraft folder and tried running it again.

Console gave me this:

Pretty sure it's the same as the first error...

Did you import all the libraries and the 1.6.4 jar?

Er... What? All I did was download Java JDK, run install.cmd, and set the eclipse workspace to the eclipse folder in the MCP folder. That's all you and the tutorial said I had to do. What do you mean import libraries and 1.6.4 jar?

You probably shouldn't have to import them manually, but I know I had to.

Project>Properties>Build Path

There SHOULD be a list of libraries. If not, you need to track them all down in mcp>jars>libraries and add them. Same with mcp>jars>versions>1.6.4 and then the 1.6.4 jar.

There is a 1.6.4 Jar and a bunch of other Jars, so I think I'm actually good there.

This is so hard to debug from only seeing a error log so Im running through all the possibilities. Sorry if it seems like a lot of nonsense and trouble.

Under the dropdown tab for Run goto Run Configurations and check the Start class, and the arguments.

Here is what it should look like:

Main Class:

net.minecraft.launchwrapper.Launch

Program Arguments:

--version 1.6 --tweakClass cpw.mods.fml.common.launcher.FMLTweaker

It's ok, I really haven't had to deal with something this complex before anyway... So uh... How do I check the Start Class from Run Configurations? I can access the Start Java file normally, but how do I get it in there?
