Hotbar not updating, game crashing a bit later on.

So I was looking to rebuild a modpack I was making to play it with my friends, and while adding some new mods, I encountered an issue where the hotbar would not update and was stuck on the same slot, however by using the scroll wheel I could still scroll through my items. Additionally, when removing the mod "Create: Copycats+" the hotbar completely disappears.

Found the problematic mod: Exordium
After removing Exordium I can now freely use the hotbar.
However, Minecraft still randomly crashes.
