I keep getting "The game crashed whilst rendering overlay" error

Whenever I open MC with forge, it doesnt work. It brings me to the red loading screen then crashes before it gets to the main menu. It worked yesterday, so I dont know why it wont work now. Can someone help me fix it? (The report)
