Crash when creating new world in custom 1.12.2 modpack java.lang.NullPointerException: Exception in server tick loop

Its a decently large pack, ive had this common.Capabilities error in the crashlog a few times and i remove the mod it mentions everytime to see what happens. So far its happened with; Minecolonies, Natures Aura, Tropicraft, and Wizardry
