World Keeps Crashing and I'm losing items

My world keeps crashing and I keep losing items if I did not save the game beforehand. I'm unsure of why, or which mod is causing these crashes, they seem to be random. Sometimes I'll be in game for 30 minutes, sometimes as little as one.
