Running run.bat file does not generate new files

I'm trying to start a server with the latest installer, but running the run.bat file doesn't generate new files. It shows the following in the cmd prompt.

Edit: I fixed the issue on my own. I had 2 different instances of JDK downloaded (21 and 23), it was fixed when I deleted JDK 23!
