Need help getting way-points working

Hi guys in my mod I'm trying to get  my Guard npc to move between two way points  iv already got the base guard working and an item"flag" to mark the two points but I'm pretty new to modding and am not sure were to go from here and tips/ suggestions / help would be appreciated thanks .
