[1.7.2] Forge can't build my mod

Hello! When I run my mod in eclipse in works fine. Now I'm trying to build my mod to jar file. When I run "gradlew.bat build" I have about 100 errors like this: "error: package ... does not exist" It seems like it can't find minecraftForge. Could someone please help me? Thanks in advance.

  I'm playing on 1.19.2. The issue started after I downloaded: Immersive Portals, Infinite Abyss, Shadowlands, The Abyss 2, The Ceilands, and the Undergarden. I am able to start a new world but when I try to do dimension stacking it crashes right as it starts to initialize the world.
