Normally, in vanila minecraft when a player walks any item in his hand is rendrering with "walking" animation. When i walk with my custom modeled item in hand, item "walks" too much . How to reduce the "walking" amimation ? Im pretty sure that the causes are incorrect gl translations, rotations or scales.

define "Walks too much"?

the speed of your rendered items movement should be exactly that of the arms movement speed, so I cant really picture how it could be moving too much. Like if you stand still the item should "sway" as steves arm does...

edit - wait! we talking 1st person or 3rd?

Hate it when that happens.....

but on a serious note, can you effect this at all,  isnt it part of the player animation?
