Forge Logs Reporting An Error With forgeSrc.jar Log suggesting tampering.

I'm a bit confused, is this normal when in a development environment?

Have I installed forge incorrectly? If this topic is a repeat please notify me, and please give me the link to the other one so I can resolve my problem.
