1.6.4 Freeze Help Please!

So, I was playing Pixelmon with the 1.6.4 forge and then it started getting really laggy after a day of play on the same world... so I decided to save and reload thinking it'd help... but now Minecraft freezes at the Mojang screen... any help would be greatly appreciated!!
