I would like to install the 1.6.4 version of Forge (build 965), but the installer page doesn't have any easy executable installer. Instead, it just has some jar files. Are there any clearer 1.6.4 installation instructions than those on the wiki?

 

I read the Rules and EAQ already.

    I just tried that using the "java.exe" file in the jre7 folder in Program Files. A command prompt comes up for about an-eighth of a second, saying "could not find or load main class" and disappears.
