Hello I can't download any file from files.minecraftforge.net, if i want go on files.minecraftforge.net i recieve this: "Unable to connect to remote server"

I have probably Ban. Can you unban me? I wasn't spam. I want make mods in MCreator and download and make my modpacks. Can you unban me please?
