Why is The Scala-libary.jar.stash a stash file.

Forge Modloader cant download this stash file because i need a scala-libary.jar and i dont find anyone at http://files.minecraftforge.net/fmllibs/

I only find this shit stash file and my Forge modloader nee a .jar file (Minecraft Version 1.5.2)

 

And Why is it a stash file can gove me someone a scala-libary.jar for Minecraft 1.5.2 i need ut for a Mod and For a Fun video Please help me Thx.
