my mod cant have items?!

im trying to make a mod for 1.7.2 and I looked over my code and seen that It was all correct. when I ran to test my item I have this for an error.... appearing twice:

is there something I am doing wrong or is the build im using outdated?

please answer back because I am hoping that my mod works

Reading the error message would help you. It tells you exactly what the exception is.
