[Solved][1.6.4] Server: MissingModsException when starting on Linux

Featured Replies

Posted

I'm getting a cpw.mods.fml.common.MissingModsException when starting up Forge 1.6.4 on a Linux server machine (MineOS Turnkey, 64bit). I've previously tried the same pack of mods on a Windows machine, and everything has been working.

Logs:

The Forge log is available here:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/70731385/Minecraft/ForgeModLoader-server-0.log

The server log is available here (although all it says is that an exception occurred and points to the crash log):

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/70731385/Minecraft/server.log

The crash log is available here (doesn't add any extra information as far as I can tell):

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/70731385/Minecraft/crash-2014-06-12_18.45.55-server.txt

I would like help with either:

* (preferrably) Some explanation of how to find out what is wrong. I've tracked down that Forge outputs dependency information in the log file, but I do not understand how to parse it.

The dependency listings will list three parts, encased in brackets. What do the three different parts specify?

* A pointer to what mod is missing dependencies.

System Information:

MineOS Turnkey x64 (Debian based)

Forge 1.6.4

Argh. Sorry about that. I now what I did now (mistake when downloading the latest version).

Thank you.

World Cup got in the way yesterday, but I tried it out today. Works like a charm (as expected). I feel embarrassed now.
