Minecraft Cant Install Any Mods

Hello Guys I Have A problem with my minecraft Whenever I install any mod on it I cant load a world or join a Server or Join A lan world Pls Help Here Is The Crash Report and i have uninstall minecraft and reinstated it several times

Wait, are you trying to join vanilla servers, or servers that have the same mods installed as you? Cos vanilla ones wouldn't let you on if you had mods installed that are meant to be server-side. Generally, excluding client-side mods e.g. minimaps, you have to have exactly the same Minecraft as the server you're trying to join.

As for the problems with single player worlds, I wouldn't know I'm afraid.
