(IDEA) Stack Trace trying to run MC on a clean development environment

Hey guys, I'm kind of new to modding, and my first new development environment on Forge is not working properly. I have not changed any code yet and I am getting a stack trace when running the Minecraft Client. Anybody know what I am doing wrong?

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
