My game keeps crashing when I run Forge!! :(

Hey guys, I downloaded Forge for 1.7.10 and I downloaded the Damage Indicator mod (also for 1.7.10). I did the install thing for Forge, and put the mod in the mods folder. Then I opened up Minecraft and used

"release 1.7.10-forge10. 13.0.1159". And every time I push the play button while running Forge, I CRASH!! Anybody know how I can fix this?

 

                            p.s. I am new to this site...
