Forge keeps going back to the launcher

I have forge 1.7.10 version 10.13.0.1182 and everytime i press play it launches to a black screen for 10 seconds then goes back to the launches

i havent installed any mod yet it wont let me enter minecraft it just goes back to the luancher screen or makes it that the screen is in the bottom left corner with nothing on it

that worked but now forge is extremely laggy. i freeze frame just wlaking in a single player world
