[1.7.10] Loading Screen Mucked Up!

So i just installed Forge, and I wanted to check it loaded all fine. So i hit run like normal and urm well this is what happens.

 

 

 

I havent edited any code what so ever, And used Lex's tutorial on installing forge. In console is just

[17:40:16] [Client thread/ERROR]: 1286: Invalid framebuffer operation

 

What have I done wrong?
