[1.7.10] Minecraft Forge Installer not... installing!

Every time I try to install Minecraft 1.7.10 Forge, I get the installer, but when I use it, it won't install:

"library org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2.11.1" and others.

 

PLS HELP! :'(

 

Windows 8;

Java 7, Update 65

These libraries will not install:

 

*org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2.11.1

*org.scala-lang:scala-library:2.11.1

*org.scala-lang:scala-reflect:2.11.1

Run the installer as lex shown in this video :

then give us the logs

Also, try to disable your antivirus

FIXED!

Just got to try it a few times, and reinstall the installer.
