[1.7.2] Custom Dimension Teleporter problem and Entering/Leaving Messages

Hi everybody! I'm making my custom dimension but what i've noticed is that when i run out the portal, to get back in the overworld, i'm not spawning where the original portal was but a little far from them (like 10-11 blocks). Also when entering or leaving the dimension there are no messages (instead ii've defined them). Here is a video to show what is my problem:
