[Resolved]World Startup Crash

I am getting this crash on the latest forge build (10.13.0.1208). This is with no mods installed. Going back in to the same world again causes the same crash.

Edit: Removed all resource packs (even though they were not enabled) to be sure. Still the same error.

This problem was solved by simply doing a fresh install of Minecraft. I'm still befuddled as to what could have caused it, but nonetheless, it is resolved.
