Mod not registering

I'm currently following the let's mod reboot tutorial series from Pahimar, I'm currently at episode 3:

I'm using IDEA as my IDE. The problem I'm getting is that my mod isn't being registered.

In that selection box I have the options 1.1 to 1.8, witch one should I take?
