URGENT! need help with server

Hello I recently got a hoasthoard server and I was trying to upload forge to the server and encountered some problems. Unfortunately their live support was completely useless the guy told me to come here to find help. I'll post the console log here if anyone could help me with it that'd be great I need help asap. :'(
