Forge 1.7.10-10.13.2.1232 just crashes instantly when pressing play

Hi!

I tried to start it up today and it didn't work, it worked the time before this one (might've been a few months ago though, september maybe?).

I should have the latest Java version.

Mod: ShadersModCore v.2.3.12

Weird, how can that be? I've had the same drivers and versions of the shader and I just updated the graphics driver after noticing minecraft crashed

for example minecraft 1.21.8 code for the golden apple is
