[1.5.2] Scalac not found error on setup forge

Hi,

I try to setup 1.5.2 forge for moding. I try 3 video tutorials but alwasy gat this error

How can i fix it? I use Windows 8.

Don't use 1.5.2. Use 1.7.10 with Gradle, it's much easier to use.
