[1.7.10] Yoshi's Spawn Like Crazy

I am getting about 1000 Yoshi's spawning in about 6 chunks! Please could you tell me what to change these numbers to?

I would like them to be as common as pigs!

No idea, I've had this problem too, solved it by putting a random in getCanSpawnHere
