Libraries won't download for server! Already tried the EAQ libraries download.

I have created a cauldron server and then when i try to install the libraries it says that the libraries didn't download. I have already asked for help on the cauldron forums and they told me that the libraries are the same as forge libraries and that i should head over here. This is what the crash report said. http://pastebin.com/Zn8bP9NC

I already did... they told me to ask the people at forge to help me with my libraries problem.
