I am trying to get onto my friends modpack that he put up, but everytime i try to install the pack, i get stuck on the file     

 

 

 

http://files.minecraftforge.net/maven/org/scala-lang/scala-compiler/2.11.1/scala-compiler-2.11.1.jar

 

I am not sure why this is, I tried manually downloading the file from this website, but it seems to not matter. When I tried installing forge itself, I wasn't able to because this file failed to download itself. Any ideas or help would be effective to me.

these two doesn't download :
