Can't connect to servers that have multiple lobbies?!

Okay, so I have been having problems with joining servers that have multiple lobbies, e.g. Mineplex.  This problem started just today, when I got Minecraft FML 1.8.  Every time I tried to join it said "Kicked whilst connecting to lobby-# If you wish to use IP Forwarding, please enable it in your BungeeCord config as well!.  I looked on my game output, and it kept repeating Unexpected packet during modded negotiation - assuming vanilla or keepalives : net.minecraft.network.play.server.S40PacketDisconnect every time I connect.  I removed my mods, and it still said that!  This only seems to happen when I use FML.  PLEASE HELP ME
