Not starting up from Minecraft Launcher

I have the vanilla launcher, choose the optifine version (I have no mods yet)

If I choose 1.7.10 vanilla, it will launch, but when I choose 1.7.10 Forge 10.13.2.1240 ... this happens (It says update and play (if that helps))
