Cannot build Workspace

When i try to setup my workspace with 'gradlew setupDevWorkspace' CMD tells me: "ERROR:JAVA_HOME is set to an invalid directory: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_31\bin;". Has the Java pathing changed? Because thats the Java path that worked in the last version of Minecraft Forge.
