[1.8] can't launch minecraft with forge on it

After I downloaded and installed the Forge Modloader for 1.8 (any version of forge), and tried to launch minecraft, the screen wouldn't show up, and i couldn't launch minecraft again, until I restarted my computer. also, there was no crash report or anything.

Anyone knows how to help ? :-\
