Posted March 23, 201510 yr I'm trying to display multiple textures on one block and I'm using the Furnace from vanilla as a reference. However when I try to register and display textures they don't work. I have other blocks that have only one texture and they work just fine. The only difference is that the ones that work are not Tile Entities. Below is the code that for some reason will not work. Any help is appreciated. Code: package com.tikaji.halocraft.block.tileentity; import com.tikaji.halocraft.HaloCraft; import com.tikaji.halocraft.block.BlockModBaseTileEntity; import com.tikaji.halocraft.handler.GuiHandler; import com.tikaji.halocraft.reference.Names; import com.tikaji.halocraft.tileentity.TileEntityLaserFurnace; import cpw.mods.fml.relauncher.Side; import cpw.mods.fml.relauncher.SideOnly; import net.minecraft.block.material.Material; import net.minecraft.client.renderer.texture.IIconRegister; import net.minecraft.entity.player.EntityPlayer; import net.minecraft.tileentity.TileEntity; import net.minecraft.util.IIcon; import net.minecraft.world.World; /** * Created by Jacob on 3/19/2015. */ public class BlockLaserFurnace extends BlockModBaseTileEntity { @SideOnly(Side.CLIENT) private IIcon iconTop; @SideOnly(Side.CLIENT) private IIcon iconFront; private boolean isBurning = false; public BlockLaserFurnace() { super(Material.iron, Names.Blocks.LASER_FURNACE); } /** * Returns a new instance of a block's tile entity class. Called on placing the block. * * @param p_149915_1_ * @param p_149915_2_ */ @Override public TileEntity createNewTileEntity(World p_149915_1_, int p_149915_2_) { return new TileEntityLaserFurnace(); } @Override public boolean onBlockActivated(World world, int x, int y, int z, EntityPlayer player, int side, float hitX, float hitY, float hitZ) { player.openGui(HaloCraft.instance, GuiHandler.GuiIDs.LASER_FURNACE.ordinal(), world, x, y, z); return true; } @SideOnly(Side.CLIENT) @Override public void registerBlockIcons(IIconRegister iconRegister) { this.blockIcon = iconRegister.registerIcon("laserFurnace_Side"); this.iconFront = iconRegister.registerIcon(this.isBurning ? "laserFurnace_Front_On" : "laserFurnace_Front_Off"); this.iconTop = iconRegister.registerIcon("furnace_TobBottom"); } @SideOnly(Side.CLIENT) @Override public IIcon getIcon(int side, int meta) { return side == 1 ? this.iconFront : (side == 0 ? this.iconFront : (side != meta ? this.blockIcon : this.iconTop)); } } If you need anything more to help just let me know
