Forge 1.7.10 mods on a server - help!!!

Hello all! ive got a problem here and was wondering if you could help me!

 

i load up the server using my own bat script:

"java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar forge-1.7.10-10.13.2.1254-universal.jar

pause"

 

it loads up okay, starts loading more things then eventually says server stopped.

AND YES! I have set the EULA to "true"
