I want to make a method that does something for a set time like the potion effects do.

For example, i want to make a "shout" that is cast by the player and then starts doing something for a set duration (let's say 2 minutes or so?) and then stops.

 

I expect i should not use SystemTime and i need to use a tickHandler. I already made one but i'm not sure how i would do this.
