Hey,

i just installed a Cauldron server with Minecraft 1.7.10. The Problem is, the only Cauldron version I found for this is using Forge version 10.13.0. The most Mods ... for example CodeChickenCore and NEI for MC 1.7.10 need Forge Version 10.13.3. So is it possible, to download Mods for this older Forge-Version? Or does anyone know a Cauldron version, which supports Forge 10.13.3?

I tried a lot of older CodeChickenCore - Versions but they all needed Forge 10.13.3. I put the ERROR-Code which appeared while starting the server below:

[18:33:37] [server thread/INFO]: MinecraftForge v10.13.0.1207 Initialized
...
[18:33:38] [server thread/ERROR]: The mod CodeChickenCore (CodeChicken Core) requires mod versions [Forge@[10.13.3,)] to be available

I dont think that they will do this, because as i know, they stopped the development of cauldron. They have a new project named sponge ... but it seems only to work for minecraft version 1.8. The most mods are not compatible with 1.8 at the moment.

Ok do you maybe know an alternative for cauldron to use mods and plugins on a server?

Oh okay! Is there a new software to use serverside plugins?

EDIT: Okay i found things like CanaryMod and Sponge. Is there a software you recommend me?
