As I was looking at my console, I found this warning before abruptly crashing. Can someone tell me what is going on and how I can fix this?

--------------------

WARNING: Duplicate name in Manifest: FMLCorePluginContainsFMLMod.

Ensure that the manifest does not have duplicate entries, and

that blank lines separate individual sections in both your

manifest and in the META-INF/MANIFEST.MF entry in the jar file.

--------------------

The crash part was a InvocationTargetException, Caused by net.minecraft.block.BlockGlass. Oddly enough, however, I never got a true crash report and i'm only limited to what my minecraft launcher says.

It also says something about a Duplicate method name&signature in class file net/minecraft/block/BlockGlass. I've made pretty big modpacks before, but I don't understand what this means...
