[SOLVED] Forge 1.7.10 install bugged graphics

I'm new to modding, and clearly quite bad at it. I went through all the steps I found online, I installed Forge for 1.7.10, to work with the mods I wanted. I created a new profile for the setup.

 

Minecraft opened with no bugs, but the menu is not very helpful.

 

I managed to start a new game, but this was the result.

 

It's not super clear, but the textures are super weird on some blocks, and some blocks just don't load, allowing you to see through mountains and ground.

 

What did I do wrong?

I'm on Mac, but I switched my GPU and it works fine now. Thank you so much!
