odd bug

When attempting to set a workspace with forge 10.13.4.1448, running the .bat file from cmd pathed correctly, I get

But if i run the bat file as administrator it works.

but then if i try to run any gradlew commands it wants to reinstall gradle

cmd has admin premission btw.

I will supply stacktrace, or debug log if needed

Might be something with the forge server going wrong. Second time im reading sth like that

You need to change the version of ForgeGradle in the build.gradle file
