Forge Crashes Without Even Opening Game Window.

I have had Forge 1.8 installed for quite a while now and I found a mod that only worked in 1.7.10. So I went and installed 1.7.10 forge. I launched Minecraft Vanilla 1.7.10, the I launched Forge 1.7.10 with no mods installed. I clicked play and it disappears then reappears with an error:  ERROR]: java.io.IOException: Stream closed A lot of this message spams the launcher output. Any solutions? Note: I don't know where to find the forge log.
